From Thought to Action: A Message from Daniel & Judith
We believe that relationships of all kinds are the most powerful learning ground for growing and evolving. Our focus is on teaching practical skills that help you make your relationships fun, inspiring, fulfilling, and functional. We consider ourselves guides, not gurus.
We have each spent more than three decades doing personal development work. Married since 1987, we practice what we teach. At the same time, we partner with people in a variety of settings to help them bring out the best in themselves.

Daniel Ellenberg, PhD is a co-founder of Relationships That Work®, founder/director of Strength with Heart® men’s groups and workshops, and a principal in Rewire Leadership Institute®. He is a licensed psychotherapist, leadership coach, and seminar leader.

Daniel co-authored Lovers for Life: Creating Lasting Passion, Trust, and True Partnership with Judith Bell, contributed to The Communication Path, and has also contributed to Mastering the Art of Success, Volume 8. He is in private practice in San Francisco and Marin County. He is a member of the board of the California Institute of Integral Studies as well as the Wellspring Institute for Neuroscience and Contemplative Wisdom.

Daniel specializes in helping people create more resilient, authentic, caring relationships—including with themselves. He believes that people often learn best when they laugh most. He has led workshops in various places, including Esalen Institute, CIIS, Spirit Rock, IONS, Stanford University, and NASA.
Judith
Bell, MS, Master LHEP

Master Facilitator, Teacher, Consultant, Coach, Organizational Change Expert, Author, Course Developer, and International FIRO Theory Specialist.
Judith Bell, MS, MFT, co-founder of Relationships That Work® and founder/president of Rewire Leadership Institute®, is a master facilitator, teacher, therapist, consultant and coach. She has worked in the field of personal development since 1975, creating and facilitating personal growth, team development, and organizational change seminars. Judith was previously the chair of the Creative Arts graduate program at Antioch University.

Judith is superb at supporting people in developing the skills necessary to realize their full potential. She draws out and articulates the underlying concerns of individuals that have stopped them from contributing more effectively to their relationships and/or organizations and coaches them to move through their blocks.

Since 1981, Judith has provided training, consultation and coaching for diverse organizations in manufacturing, high tech, government, recreation, health care, and education.
Relationships That Work® is approved by the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists to provide continuing education to Licenced Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, and Licensed Educational Psychologists.
