The essence of dharma practice is opening to the moment. This openness is experienced through authentic connections and loving awareness; it is the key to feeling fully alive, free and authentic, both in relationship with ourselves and others.
When we allow ourselves to be truly open and loving with others, our presence creates a field that invites people to be fully themselves and let their natural goodness shine through. We can even speak seemingly difficult truths in this open space that lead to greater connection and stronger relationships.
This daylong will include periods of silent meditation as well as experiential exercises to develop greater connection with ourselves and others. We will learn practices that can be used in daily life to enhance our feeling of connectedness and well-being.
