This experiential workshop gives you the opportunity to create a lifelong resilience action plan that will serve you both personally and professionally. You will be taught methods to develop greater stability, flexibility, and the capacity to bounce back after life's inevitable challenges.
Exercises include visualization, movement, writing, internal dialoguing, small group processes, and ritual. Your confidence to meet whatever emerges will soar and you will feel more relaxed in the process.
